On Saturday 30th April we hosted our first Musical Mindfulness day, focusing on confidence building and positivity with a musical theme. Students participated in a series of workshops, and explored Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Performance Confidence, Breathwork, Osteopathy and Mindfulness.
