Wakefield Girls’ High School Visit
Wakefield Girls’ High School are joining us this week, and will be performing two concerts featuring their Grammar School Foundation Youth Brass Band and String Ensemble. They feature musicians ranging from 11-18 years of age. They will be playing a varied programme of light music including pop tunes, Jazz standards, ragtime music, fanfares, marches, hymn tunes, and well known classical pieces including a selection from Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.

Friday 8th July, 1.15pm – Howard Davis Park Bandstand Concert
