Over May half term, the Academy team were pleased to welcome a number of students for a short course in music production, ably led by Chris.  Students between 13 and 18 years old were given the opportunity to participate in workshops focusing on different aspects of music production, including recording techniques, computer-based songwriting/composition, and the basics of mastering and editing tracks.

We are thrilled to say that this project will be extended, giving young musicians the opportunity to join a regular class in music production on Friday evenings starting in September.  Students who are working at GCSE/BTech level and above are welcome to join the group.
