This summer, from the 18th to 22nd of July, our Academy had a fantastic opportunity to go to Rome and perform. Enduring the 40 degree hot and sunny weather, we spent our time visiting popular tourist attractions and playing in different locations throughout Rome.

Visiting places such as the Spanish steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum as well as a tour at the Vatican, provided a wonderful experience for all throughout our week. This group of talented students gave consistently great performances at each location. First in St. Paul’s Within the Walls Church, followed by at a Children’s Hospital and finally at a musical instrument museum. Rewarding everyone’s hard work, we spent our final evening watching the opera La Traviata.
