Wed 18th Jan 2017 An opportunity for all the academy students taking part in the annual PwC Jersey Young Musician of the Year Competition to have the opportunity to run their programme through in front of a friendly audience to help prepare for the competition itself.

18th-19th Feb – Cello Weekend

18th/19th February 2017 Visiting cello teacher Richard Boardman specialises in Suzuki and Dalchroze, and will lead a weekend of tuition for all the young cellists at the academy.

7th Mar – Exam Preparation Platform

7th March 2017, 7pm The opportunity for all students taking ABRSM and Trinity exams to perform their programme to a friendly audience to help prepare for their exams.

11th Mar – Piano, Piano, Piano!

Saturday 11th March 2017 A day dedicated to piano, piano, piano!  All the young pianists and piano teachers will join forces for a day of concerts, for solo, duets, and ‘multi-piano’, lots of fun to be had!

12th Mar – Brass Day

12th March 2017 Led by Pippa Lumbard, this regular day provides young brass students a fun and focussed opportunity to develop their playing, with involvement from local brass ensembles.

21st-23rd Mar – End of Term Platforms

21st/22nd/23rd March 2017 Three open platforms for all students at the academy to perform pieces they have been working on in the term.

29th Mar – Suzuki Easter Concert
