Wells Cathedral School Residency

We welcomed a visiting string quartet of outstanding young musicians from Wells Cathedral School. During their short visit they performed to hundreds of children at VCP and Victoria College.
They also joined forces with the VCJ Sinfonia for a performance of Handel’s Zadok The Priest, with a choir of sixty children, teachers and parents through the Victoria College Choral Society.
Our thanks go to Wells for this fabulous visit, and we are looking forward to welcoming over their percussion ensemble next year, and are planning to bring across a group of young Jersey musicians to Wells to participate in one of their symphony orchestra concerts.
